Scope of Engagement

The scope, format, deliverables, participants, duration and responsibilities
for each engagement will be confirmed in writing before work begins.

Any work outside the agreed scope may require a revised proposal and
additional fees.

Booking & Scheduling

Submitting an enquiry does not confirm a booking.

Dates are confirmed only after written acceptance of the proposal and
receipt of any required advance payment.

Scheduling is subject to availability.

Payment Terms

Fees, applicable taxes, payment milestones, travel expenses and due dates
will be clearly stated in the applicable proposal or invoice.

Payment terms stated in an accepted proposal, contract or invoice will
apply to that specific engagement.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

Requests to cancel or reschedule an engagement should be made in writing
as early as possible.

Any charges or adjustments resulting from cancellation or rescheduling
will be stated in the applicable proposal.

Refunds

Refund eligibility depends on the type of engagement, cancellation timing,
work already completed and expenses already committed.

Any applicable refund or non-refundable amount will be clearly stated
in the proposal before payment is made.

Coaching Engagements

Growth Coaching provides strategic guidance, leadership alignment,
facilitation and accountability support.

Operational execution and business decisions remain the responsibility
of the client unless specifically included in the agreed scope.

Speaking & Workshop Engagements

Speaking fees cover only the preparation, keynote, workshop or related
deliverables specified in the accepted proposal.

Travel, accommodation, additional sessions, recordings, content licensing
or post-event consulting are included only when expressly agreed in writing.

Confidentiality

Information shared during coaching, discovery or business discussions
will be treated with appropriate confidentiality.

Where required, additional confidentiality terms or a mutual
Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) may be agreed before sensitive information
is shared.

Recordings & Intellectual Property

Presentation materials, frameworks and session content remain the
intellectual property of their respective owner unless otherwise
agreed in writing.

Recording, reproducing, distributing or commercially using session
content requires prior written approval.
